The best and worst parts
Nice room allowing for plenty of storage. The staff fostered a genuinely friendly atmosphere. Location was ideal for my needs, being close to the bus station.
Wi-Fi service was annoyingly weak, forcing me to seek signal in public areas. Plus, the absence of air conditioning left rooms uncomfortably warm during hot days.

The location is best possible and convenient, 2 km from Wenceslas Square. The breakfast is good with rice, there's an option for each taste. A special thanks to customer-facing and genuinely helpful staff.

The size of the room surprised me. It had a small fridge, handy. The double glazing helped reduce street noise somewhat but couldn't block everything. A baby crying nearby did keep me awake, despite earplugs. The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm, especially in August. It felt stuffy at times. The bathroom was adequate but the shower didn't work correctly, frustrating. The breakfast selection was very limited. I had dietary restrictions, and the only options were cold meats and bread. I wish there had been more variety, like fresh fruit. The staff could communicate in Russian and Czech, but it was challenging at times, especially when I needed assistance. The location was quieter than the center, about a 20-25 minute walk to the old town, which I appreciated.

The location is good, because you can reach city center in 10 min with bus or tram.
The breakfast could be better.

We liked the size of the room and location (near to Florenc and Hlavni Nadrazi). Lots of restaurants in the area to have a dinner for a reasonable prize. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.
Smoking area downstairs - the only place where you can use their Wifi. No jam for breakfast (apparently it has been used and they were not prepared to provide some more).

The room was amazingly comfortable and with mini bar, nice bed and even safe. The location was awesome and simple, really close to the city center and the interior design was nice.

The staff was nice but need to learn more english. The pub in the hotel brewed there own beer thats taste very good.
The hotel is located by a main road traffic sounds in the room so it will be hard to sleep.

We really enjoyed exploring the area, especially the local cafes which served good pastries. The hotel was clean and the staff were pretty good, even helping us navigate public transport with the kids.
My children wished for more entertainment options .

Not too far from centre and metro/tram, some good bars nearby, pretty cheap room given that it included breakfast (even if it wasn't the best)
On a busy road and thus pretty noisy, so not for light sleepers. Room also quite hot and no a/c.

The stuff was very kind, and helped to see places which are not on the map. Big big thanks to Natalia, she is e resl professional in her work. She helped us a lot. Good place to stay, a very big hotel, big rooms, cosy and luxury for 35 euro for the doble room with breakfast. Is it not a drean?
